| In charge of New Home construction in Parkland Golf and Country Club. PGCC is a community of over 800 homes on 790 acres in Parkland. All homes have an individual complexity level making all units a semi-custom production home with many unique features. Homes range in production lines from 50' - 135' homes ranging in price from $800,000 to $2,500,000. Facilitated all the daily construction processes involving the production managers, construction managers, punch out/laborers and administrative assistants (total staff -32). This responsibility involved scheduling, updating production, forecasting, projections, and coordinating all employees to meet company objectives as well as maintaining moral and individual employee growth. | |

| Successfully implemented a Quality Control Program designed to improve the quality of homes by creating an enrichment program for the Construction Managers and the evaluation of their work in progress. Created a scoring system to grade the finished product before homeowner orientation. Directed and coordinated construction modules in the Weekly Construction College for all construction managers. | |
